Delete your account
You can delete your Foracle account and associated data in the app, or contact support if you cannot access it.
Delete in Foracle or contact support
In Foracle, open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm the two deletion prompts. If you cannot access the app or your account, email Foracle support as a fallback.
Email your request to Foracle support.
When possible, send it from the email address connected to your Foracle account and include whether you signed in with Google or Apple.

If the app cannot confirm whether deletion completed, do not sign in or create a new account to check. Contact support or retry the deletion safely from the existing session.
Identity verification
We may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm that the request comes from the account owner. If we cannot verify the account from the request, we will explain what additional non-sensitive information is needed. This protects accounts from unauthorized deletion.
What deletion covers
After verification, deletion covers the Foracle account and associated active-service data, including:
- profile, authentication identity, and active session records;
- meal logs, meal items, nutrition values, timestamps, and optional meal photos;
- AI analysis usage and quota records associated with the account; and
- Premium entitlement and purchase identifiers held by Foracle.
Limited information may be retained where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or transaction-record obligations. Residual backup copies age out through normal backup cycles and are not used as an active account.
Cancel app-store billing separately
Deleting your Foracle account does not cancel subscriptions purchased through an app store or stop app-store billing.
Before deleting your account, manage or cancel any Foracle subscription through the app store where you purchased it.
Uninstalling Foracle also does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel normally, Premium access remains available until the end of the paid billing period, unless your app store states otherwise.
After deletion
Account deletion cannot ordinarily be undone. If you later return to Foracle, signing in may create a new account without your previous meals, profile, photos, or settings.
